Oriental and Pacific Boxing Federation


We would like to officially inform that the OPBF administration has been transferred from Philippines to Japan(JBC) as of January 1st, 2018. The movement of the administration was decided at the WBC annual convention in Baku, Azerbaijan in 2018.

We hereby greet with great thanks to assume office as president of the OPBF. OPBF was established in 1952 cooperated with Japan, Philippines and Thailand. Since then the OPBF has had a long and prosperous history.

This is the seventh time that the JBC has been appointed as the OPBF headquarters, and it is our distinct honor to take on the role of presidency of the OPBF. We pledge to do the best for spreading the OPBF brand throughout Oriental and Pacific region.

Finally, we would like to express our deepest gratitude to Mr.Abraham Mitra, former OPBF Chairman, for his great efforts for running the OPBF. We are proud of his great presidency and glorious achievement.
